All Done!

Of course I forgot to take and post pic of the bag while in process but it is done!! And I had to restart the beanie because I did it wrong the first time! Go figure! But here is the finished project! :)

Almost Done!

Well I'm almost done with the bag! I have to stop and get another needle though because the pattern calls for the needle to be left in the front/back part of the bag but then I have to knit 2 gussets. But I have the front/back done and the handles. I learned how to make Icords and that was cool! (I'll post a pic later)

In the meantime, I started a beanie with this yarn I bought from Patternworks that stripe in different colors and I love the colors!

Let's Try This Again

So I started this blog a couple of years ago and made one post... way to commit eh? :)

I've decided to give it another shot and also keep track of my projects and life in general.

Today I am so SICK of the snow! I don't want to see it anymore and I don't want to drive in it anymore. LOL

I am working on the patter for this "Big Honkin' Bag" and after the frustration of learning the provisional cast on and having to start over again 3 different times because I have a tendency to knit tight and just couldn't get it to cooperate the first 2 times and then the knit in front and back I am finally ready to get to the dimensional squares piece of the pattern... hopefully this will go smoother. Lunch break is over....
